Ongoing Projects

Coordinated Gazes Through State Transition Graphs for Effective Interactions Between Children With Autism and Social Robots
MSc.P1
MSc

This project develops an intelligent system to improve eye contact and joint attention in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through coordinated gaze interactions with the NAO humanoid robot. The system uses State Transition Graphs to model and predict appropriate gaze patterns, enabling the robot to respond naturally to children's attention patterns during therapy sessions.
